Playtesting continues and a live play playtest will be hosted and ran by Wandering Monster Podcast this Wednesday at 8:30 PM.

Escape From Jiri Clovis Bunker adventure by Christian Sorrell is going out to playtesters sometime next week! I’m super excited to get this adventure in front of other eyes. Christian is an absolute monster at writing, and it’s the kind of adventure that allows for a major shift in campaign after its resolution.
It’s what I’m most excited about in Outsourced! It fully ties Constant Downpour into the Tunaverse™ and there’s so much opportunity for stand-alone play or tying adventures and modules together.
Editing started this month as well! There’s still a chunk of writing to do, but by the end of the month, the zine will be more than 50% done! In January we’ll have some art reveal for the project!!
5 Corporation Writer Announcements!
REECE CARTER (Dead In The Water, Chromatic Transference) - NISEI PHARMACEUTICALS
DIOGO NOGUEIRA (Primal Quest, Halls of the Blood King, Kosmosaurs) - KV KORP
MARCO SERRANO (Knights of Lazarus, Familiar Faces) - YUCATAN TECH CO
JEREMY SHUMAN (Corvaxian Codex) - THE HUMAN ELEMENT MANAGEMENT (T.H.E.M.)
JOEL HINES (Desert Moon of Karth, Abilities Considered Unnatural) - Interstellar Fruit Coop
Incorporated Vol.1 is shaping up to be both the largest book we’ve made and the one with the most collaborators on it. It’ll be somewhere around 130-150 pages with 8 different creators on it. It’s already deep in progress as well! We have 3 corporations completely done with writing, and the final two will be done before January is over. With the pushback, I’ve committed to hiring out some adventures for the book that will each offer integrations with 2 or 3 of the corporations to help easily introduce them to your play groups.
More to announce soon!!
SpicyTuna Release Date Changes
The changes mainly have to do with not wanting to overlap Mothership RPG projects. I’d rather have time to get the last book into people's hands than leave them in production.
The good news about pushing back releases is there’s a near 100% chance both Outsourced and Incorporated Vol.1 will most likely be print-ready by the time they are going to crowdfunding. Writers began writing back in September and editing began in November for both of these projects. Art and layout will begin in Q1 of 2023!
We’re going to have some crazy fast delivery times post Kickstarter campaign from here on out and I’m happy we’re going to be eliminating that part of the stress from production and be able to get things in your hands more quickly.
New Release Calendar
Primal Quest Release - ZQ5 February 2023 Release. Primal Quest meets some Aztec inspiration! #getready
Outsourced (Mothership 1E) - Late April Release 2023 Release.
Heroic Space Opera TTRPG System - June 2023 Release.
Incorporated Vol.1 (Mothership 1E) - July/August 2023
Lastly, I’m going to drop a module for the Fallen RPG sometime this year as well :).
Kepler’s Intergalactic Guide to Spaceships
I can’t really say enough about this book. It’s incredible. Jake Parker originally promised a book of Spaceship drawings he’s made in a large book tied together by an original comic. The final form turned out to be the most incredible version of this!
It gives me a lot of ideas that are similar or expanding of original concepts for ships and tech in the Heroic Space Opera ruleset we’re developing. Will definitely be referencing it for that.
The Technology section has all these cool see through ships and explanations.
And the range of ships is really inspiring.
Aside from the book, Jake has been a big inspiration for me and provides a ton of illustration advice through his personal YouTube channel and his shared school’s channel SVS Learn.
If you want a copy you can get the PDF of SPACESHIPS here, or the physical Book here.
That’s all this note. Next newsletter will be announcing Artifacts for Ainsley, a free 8-pg PDF zine as the return of our SpicyTuna Rolls.
Much love, Family!
