Magnum Galaxy Crossover + New Launch!!
The Hands That Feed is live on Kickstarter plus free digital NPCs!
It’s official!!
The Hands That Feed is live! I have a bunch of new spreads to show off from the book, and to get the bow tie fastened I have an exciting crossover announcement.
Magnum Galaxy’s Mothership universe is officially connected to the Tunaverse! Technically the first connection between our Mothership modules was in Outer Rim Uprising and the campaign handbook, but this free pair of NPCs has direct connections and job hooks into each other’s universes. I am incredibly stoked this became a reality. More below!
We’re going to jump into the meat right away, and keep it a bit short today, but we’ll be back with some more cool links and developments in a couple of weeks!

THE HANDS THAT FEED SHOWCASE
Here’s the bullet point list of what’s in our newest hardcover for Mothership:
2 Powder keg survival missions written by Christian Sorrell and Chris Airiau! A rescue mission all-out corporate warfare and a sabotage mission taking place at a massive vineyard! (Don’t be fooled by the wonderful vineyard!)
2 Electric one shots written by Joel Hines and Diogo Nogueira! A quickset heist gone wrong with two barging rival parties, and an alien mass assimilation adventure.
8 Plug-n-play corporations including contorted classics, unexpected giants, and intel dealers.
6 Stations. Shore leave hotbeds for wriggling, dealing, bribing, extorting, and interacting with the eight corporations.
40+ NPCs with differing loyalties, professions, and wants.
30+ New Items, ranging from the Atlas Beetle Missile Launcher and the World Clock alien artifact to the En Guarde combat drug and the Cloudburst Pear.
20+ Services, ranging from hypnotic memory suppression and broadcasting hidden messages to staging political interviews and executing assassinations.
10+ Specialty Professions, ranging from camera operators and drone pilots to fabrication specialists and security detail.
50+ Art and design pieces.
20 Additional mission hooks.
Plus, the release of two new zines, Broadcasted Violence! and Carved Like a Covenant. Each a stand alone and ready-to-play mission that provides more use out of corporations and locations inside The Hands That Feed and ties-in the hardcover to other Spicy Tuna third-party Mothership books such as Outsourced, Knuckles Co, and Knights of Lazarus.
PLUS —
We’re releasing two zines alongside The Hands That Feed!
Broadcasted Violence! features a haunted news station and a premonition track that foreshadows who the ghosts will kill next, plus rival parties for the crew to avoid as they try to fulfill their mission…or better yet, survive.
Carved Like a Covenant is a race to procure a xenotech artifact against no other than a Knights of Lazarus scout team. As the crew gathers information from Roachera Station they will soon discover the Knights are the least of their worries.
AND —
MAGNUM GALAXY CROSSOVER!! + MORE
Let me lead by saying I’m a big fan of D. Kenny! He makes damn good looking zines… And, they play well too! If you don’t know, Dave’s coming out with a hardcover anthology version of Dying Hard on Hardlight station next year - meaning more Hardlight missions to tack onto the beloved original.
So this is how it started. We’re both making very similar books. Central forces/locations that crews can interact with paired with a number of missions to deploy on. So we decided instead of trading interviews to cross promote our work, why don’t we write some NPCs together? An NPC from Dying Hard on Hardlight Station that knows somebody from The Hands That Feed, and vice versa.
Meet Carter Denin, a Weevil Ink underling trying to make a name for himself and Ava Arkham an up and coming Blackshield Lieutenant.
Both completely new NPCs that will help your crew find their way from one of the six stations in The Hands That Feed to Hardlight, and the other way around. And, get a job from them while your at it!

>Magnum Galaxy’s Next Project
Awaiting the Burning Gods is Indiana Jones meets Stargate where players delve into a desert to uncover ancient alien secrets buried beneath shifting sands. Alien ruins and lost technology! You know that’s right down our aisle. And, alongside it Dave is releasing a Smugglers’ Guide! Check out the Backerkit preview page to learn more about it.
Last thing to mention about Dave’s project is that he’s launching with the first annual Mothership Month. I’m excited for a ton of friends who are launching projects, and I’ve been helping out a few first time publishers with their backerkit page and pricing in lieu of attending. We had to dip out because of our own production delays that pushed back the THTF launch date, and THTF doesn’t fit the theme this year (not enough anyway) — which is crime!! Check out the Tuesday Knight Games page to learn everything Mothership Month.
And, MORE SPECIAL NEWS!
We’re doing more crossover NPCs! Dave and I are halfway done with a second pair of NPCs that create deeper roots between Hardlight and THTF! We will release the pair when Hardlight launches!
I’m also gearing up to start on three other crossovers with other 3rd party Mothership creators. I’ll announce them, and hopefully release them, during the next The Guac!
That’s going to be 12-16 bonus NPCs that work for the corporations or have strong relationships with employees of the corps in The Hands That Feed! I’m really excited about these. It’s been a blast to write with Dave so far and I’m excited to continue to normally work with others, especially when it ties our universes together!

SPICY TUNA UPDATE
> The Hands That Feed funded in 74 minutes!! We’re stoked to finally have this funding after 2 years of development!
> Greenhorns should be handed off for proofreading this week! And, we should have the final art pieces while we wait back that. We’re gearing up to push print hopefully in a couple of weeks. I’m excited to share more of this with backers and The Guac soon after we’re in printing.
>As of today Outsourced and Constant Downpour are both recently available on the Tuesday Knight Game store. TKG has been really great to us, and they recently reordered Outsourced and Knights of Lazarus from us. If you are a fan of our books and feel like leaving a review on their site, it helps people find our books among all of the modules. Here are the review links:
Outsourced: The Luko Fin Corp Deception
Constant Downpour Remastered
PS - if you are looking to pick up Constant Downpour, the books have the correct cover. There was some miscommunication on my end so the mock up has the first page of the PDF on it jaja.
> Cryo Drakus is on the back burner until Greenhorns is at the printer, but we will be renaming it and I’ve been tinkering around with ideas for the final first launch after several months of playtesting :).
That’s it for the day! Thanks for reading till the end!

Congrats on the successful launch for THTF!
Those diagrams looks pretty dope, gotta find something to use them in 👀
